The Reports page

The Reports page contains nine reports which are taken from the treatment of information within the Buy2Let database, all of which are inherent to the system. The various reports are all laid out on the Reports page, with a short description of each underneath it, and is accessed by clicking on the self-titled link.

The reports themselves all appear in a new window/tab in a PDF format which can be printed off as it appears by clicking on the printer icon in the task bar.

• Overdue Rent Report
  Shows all tenants with rent due or overdue. Overdue rents are highlighted with O/D in the first column.
• Empty Lodgings Report
  Shows all lodgings that are currently empty.
• Tenancy Renewals Report
  Shows all tenants whose tenancies are due to expire between the dates you select.
• Expenditure Report
  Shows costs and profits for all the properties in the system.
• Profit Report
  Shows a breakdown of actual profit against potential profit for each property and for the total portfolio. It also gives a hit parade of profitability.
• Portfolio Report
  Shows details of all properties in the system. All properties can be shown or properties belonging to a particular landlord.
• Lodging History Report
  Shows the tenant history of each lodging.
• Tenant History Report
  Shows the lodging history for each tenant.
• Marketing Source Report
  Displays a list comparing the effectiveness of different marketing sources between the dates you select.

Two additional reports are available to letting agents ('Manage multiple landlords' checked on registration).

• Landlord Statement Report
  Displays a report showing the landlord payment details between the dates you select.
• Agent Summary Report
  Displays a report showing a summary of landlord properties between the dates you select.
